These Terms of Service govern your use of Profile Sidekick, a Google Business Profile automation service operated by Sidekick LLC. By creating an account, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
Profile Sidekick ("the Service," "we," "us") is a software-as-a-service product that automates Google Business Profile management for single-location small businesses. The Service connects to your Google Business Profile via OAuth 2.0 and performs automated actions on your behalf, including publishing posts, responding to reviews, updating profile information, and retrieving performance metrics.
Profile Sidekick is operated by Sidekick LLC, a Massachusetts single-member LLC. Contact: anthony@profilesidekick.com.

To use the Service, you must authorize Profile Sidekick to access your Google Business Profile via Google's OAuth 2.0 system. By granting this authorization, you confirm that you are the verified owner or authorized manager of the connected Google Business Profile.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You may revoke Profile Sidekick's Google access at any time from your Google Account settings at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Revoking access will immediately halt all automated actions.
Profile Sidekick will only act on Google Business Profiles for which it has received your explicit OAuth 2.0 authorization. We will never access profiles you have not authorized.
Price: Profile Sidekick is priced at $49.00 USD per month per business location. Pricing may change with 30 days' written notice to your registered email address.
Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. Your card is charged on the same date each month from the date you subscribe.
Cancellation: You may cancel at any time from your dashboard or by emailing anthony@profilesidekick.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. There are no cancellation fees and no minimum commitment periods.
Pause option: Instead of cancelling, you may pause your subscription for one month at a reduced rate of $15.00. Pausing suspends all automated actions until your subscription resumes.
Refunds: We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you experience a service failure attributable to Profile Sidekick, contact us and we will address it on a case-by-case basis.
Sales tax: Massachusetts sales tax of 6.25% is collected on all transactions where applicable, in compliance with Massachusetts Department of Revenue requirements.

Profile Sidekick operates through the Google Business Profile API in accordance with Google's API Terms of Service and Google Business Profile policies. Your use of Profile Sidekick is also subject to Google's Terms of Service. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and Google's policies, Google's policies govern with respect to the Google Business Profile API.
Google may change, restrict, or deprecate the Google Business Profile API at any time. In the event that Google restricts or removes API features that Profile Sidekick relies on, we will notify you promptly. We are not liable for service limitations caused by changes to Google's API.
Profile Sidekick is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific improvements in your Google Business Profile ranking, search visibility, customer calls, or revenue. Local search results depend on many factors outside our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sidekick LLC's total liability to you for any claims arising from use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for: service interruptions caused by Google API changes or outages; actions taken by Google on your profile; errors in AI-generated content that you have approved for publication; or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.
You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or if required by law. Upon termination, we will revoke our access to your Google Business Profile and delete your data within 30 days per our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Middlesex County, Massachusetts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
